  • Have a chat so she can gain an understanding of your goals
    and expectations.
  • Fi will then email you a Health and Lifestyle Questionnaire and
    Pre Exercise Screening Form.
  • A Free at-home consultation will be arranged to focus on
    understanding your goals and requirements.
  • Time available, places to train, exercise experience etc, will be
    discussed to enable a personalised programme.
  • Along with the questionnaires a general fitness assessment will
    be carried out
  • This will highlight any health problems and ensure you are
    medically safe to train.
  • You may also choose to take a diet diary and complete it over
    a 7 day period so that it can be assessed at the next meetng.
  • Training sessions can then commence.
